FAQ

 

I've never done a boudoir session before. What should I expect?

If this is your first boudoir session, you're in great company. Most of my clients have never been professionally photographed before and arrive feeling a little nervous. My job is to make the entire experience feel comfortable, relaxed, and fun. From the moment you arrive, I'll guide you through every pose and expression, so you never have to wonder what to do. By the end of your session, you'll be amazed at how natural it all feels.

Do I need to know how to pose?

Not at all. Every pose is fully guided from start to finish. I'll coach you through everything, from where to place your hands to how to angle your face and body for the most flattering photographs. My goal is to create beautiful, natural images while making you feel confident every step of the way.

What should I wear?

Choose pieces that make you feel confident and beautiful. Whether that's elegant lingerie, an oversized sweater, a favorite bodysuit, or something more sentimental, we'll create images that reflect your personality and style. You're welcome to bring several outfit options, and I'll happily help you choose what photographs best in the studio.

Will my photos be kept private?

Yes. Your privacy is always respected. Your images will never be shared, published, or used for marketing without your written permission and galleries are password protected. All images are permanately deleted after 30 days and your photographer edits all photos herself. Whether you choose to keep your photographs completely private or allow me to share a few favorites, the decision is entirely yours.

What if I'm nervous?

Feeling nervous is completely normal, and honestly, expected. We'll take our time, play your favorite music, chat throughout the session, and create a relaxed atmosphere where you can simply enjoy the experience. Most clients tell me they felt their nerves disappear within the first few minutes, and they leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.


My hope is that your boudoir session becomes more than a photoshoot—it becomes a reminder of your confidence, strength, and beauty that you'll carry with you long after you leave the studio.

Can I bring someone with me?

You're welcome to bring a supportive friend if it helps you feel more comfortable. That said, many clients find they're able to relax and gain confidence more quickly when it's just the two of us in the studio. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can fully embrace the experience.

Do you retouch my images?

Yes. Every image you receive is professionally edited with care. My editing style is natural and timeless, enhancing your photographs while keeping you looking like yourself. Temporary blemishes and minor distractions are removed, but your unique features are always celebrated. We edit as much or as little as our client desires.
